Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks
Help with pulling wire, mounting equipment, setting up battery systems, and preparing job sites
Follow instructions to help ensure installs meet inspection requirements and internal quality standards
Work alongside experienced electricians to build practical skills and real-world electrical knowledge
Organize tools, stage materials, and help keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient
Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed to support urgent field needs
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions
Ability to ask good questions
Ability to work well with a team
Preferred
Texas Apprentice License preferred
0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus, but not required
