CNC Mill Programmer

Alliance Machine Inc is hiring a CNC Mill Programmer who will be responsible for developing CNC programs and setup sheets for various part numbers. The role involves designing fixtures, interpreting blueprints, and assisting in the manufacturing process and quality planning.

Responsibilities

Develops CNC programs and set up sheets for sheets for new and existing part numbers using the prescribed method of manufacturing developed by the Manufacturing Process Engineer and/or customer requirements
Ability to design and develop fixtures and tooling that support CNC programs
Has the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications on a wide variety of customer platforms
Assists in developing the manufacturing process for individual parts or assemblies
Assists in developing the quality plan for the manufacturing of parts
Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, engineering specs and has a working knowledge of GD&T
Has the ability to work in a cross functional department
Ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously is required with strong organizational and analytical skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible individual that possesses the initiative and ability to tackle new projects, challenges, and concepts
Ability to perform process troubleshooting and optimization
Keeps supervisor informed as needed and required
Possess a clear understanding of Alliance Machine’s core values
Possess an understanding of ISO 9001:2000, AS9100C requirements
