Responsibilities
Perform OSP maintenance and repair for coax, fiber, and copper from hub sites to customer endpoints
Monitor, identify, and remediate RF signal leakage in compliance with FCC and company standards
Install, configure, and operate legacy and next-generation headend equipment
Conduct scheduled testing, logging, and documentation to meet operational and compliance requirements
Support advanced enterprise installations, including multi-site deployments, edge device configuration, and optical connections
Provide advanced troubleshooting in collaboration with engineering and technical support teams
Develop and execute Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and support change management activities
Drive continuous improvements in network performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with RF, coax, and fiber maintenance and repair
Headend installation and operational experience
Signal leakage detection and remediation
Enterprise-level network configuration and support
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
NCTI Fiber Installation & Activation certification (within 6 months)
Certifications such as NCTI Master Technician, SCTE, CCENT, or CCNA
3+ years of headend or telecom network operations experience
