Responsibilities

Manage and execute all aspects of ServiceNow modernization technology projects, including implementation and enhancement

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget

Ensure alignment of ServiceNow projects with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the organization (MTA)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports; ensure compliance with MTA policies and quality standards

Engage stakeholders (business units, IT teams, external vendors) to gather requirements, define scope, and communicate project progress, risks, and issues

Ensure ServiceNow consultants adhere to best practices and governance standards established by MTA

Utilize expertise in ServiceNow Platform and modules (e.g., PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)

Demonstrate strong project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
