Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries (PO receiving, RMS activities)
Track, stage, and manage physical inventory with a high level of accuracy
Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, and data corrections
Support shipping/receiving, material movement, and warehouse operations
Execute destruction of data-bearing devices (DBDs) following documented procedures
Monitor systems and respond to equipment or program errors
Use Excel and other tools to track data and produce reports
Escalate issues appropriately and support compliance and audit activities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse, or IT-related environments
Previous experience working in a data center
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a physically active environment
Preferred
Associate's degree or equivalent technical training a plus
