Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
Manage vendor setup, maintenance, and inquiries
Prepare and process weekly or biweekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized and compliant AP records and documentation
Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and operations teams as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate or professional services environment
Hands-on experience with Great Plains (Dynamics GP) and/or NetSuite
Demonstrated employment stability and commitment in previous roles
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Solid understanding of AP processes, including invoice matching and reconciliations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard accounting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and a collaborative work style
Preferred
Experience in a mid-sized to large organization
Exposure to month-end close or general ledger support
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
