Sales Training & Development Manager
Express Logistics is a family-owned company specializing in logistics and transportation solutions. They are seeking a Sales Training & Development Manager to lead ongoing sales training, improve sales performance, and develop future leaders within their growing sales team.
Responsibilities
Lead ongoing sales training and development for Account Executives, Brokers, and Account Managers
Own new-hire onboarding to ensure reps ramp quickly and consistently
Coach live calls, run role-plays, and reinforce objection-handling strategies
Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, close rates, and gross margin
Build and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and talk tracks
Track training effectiveness and continuously refine development programs
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales training, enablement, or sales management
Background in logistics/ transportation (preferably 3PL)
Hands-on, high-energy coach who thrives in fast-paced sales environments
Comfortable being onsite, full-time and embedded with the sales team
Strong communicator who can influence performance and culture
