Responsibilities
Requires in depth knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods
Requires experience with multiple development methodologies
Translates and interprets functional requirements documentation for medium projects
Develops solutions for the organizations core application systems and supports interfacing systems
Assists in system/application integrations
Performs application development utilizing in depth knowledge of structure, features and programming language
Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions, supporting testing and configuration with Workday
Previous involvement in large-scale implementation projects related to Workday
Experience with the Benefits Administration module, required
Experience with the Leave Administration module, preferred
Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently
Experience in requirements gathering from functional teams and documenting detailed technical solutions for configuration and knowledge transfer
Qualification

At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
