Business Development Manager (Sales, Staffing & IT Services)
h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT services, staffing, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our staffing and services portfolio across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services, staffing solutions, and managed services
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets
Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and pricing models
Acquire new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction
Conduct regular business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Promote and sell IT services such as Application Development, Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, Integration, Support, and Consulting
Collaborate with technical and presales teams to define solution strategies
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery for signed projects
Qualification
Required
1–4 Years of experience in IT Services / Staffing preferred
Strong experience in IT services, staffing, and client acquisition
Ability to drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure
Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities for IT services, staffing solutions, and managed services
Proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets
Experience in preparing and presenting proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and pricing models
Ability to acquire new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments
Strong relationship management skills with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction
