Assistant to Office & HR Manager
uFinancial Group is seeking an Assistant to the Office & HR Manager to assist with payroll and HR functions. The role includes responsibilities such as processing payroll, managing employee paperwork, and maintaining employee files.

Responsibilities
Act as TimeForce point of contact – responsible for setting up new users/terminating users and ensuring that associates receive the correct accruals or lump sums of PTO at the beginning of each calendar year
Acquire signatures as needed for paperwork regarding employee changes (pay, agent splits, bonuses, etc.)
Ensure all yearly lists and forms are up-to-date and distributed
Process semi-monthly hours and charges for payroll processing
Work up Brokerage Directors’ compensation semi-monthly
Process brokerage override checks and maintain deals
Process brokerage deposits for 10th and 25th cycles
Process payroll and TimeForce fees in X3
Review and pay benefit invoices
Process other payroll related X3 transactions as needed
Update job descriptions/confidentiality agreements as needed
Download new hire paperwork & maintain employee files
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Office & HR Manager
Qualification
Required
