Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) platform end-to-end. This role sets the technical vision, ensures scalable architecture, and leads complex BI implementations, migrations, and performance improvements. The architect works closely with business stakeholders, developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to deliver a robust analytics ecosystem
Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain OBIEE metadata repositories (.rpd), including physical, business model, and presentation layers. Performance Tuning: Optimize OBIEE reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to enhance system efficiency
Requirements & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, dashboards, and advanced visualizations
Data Modeling: Create physical and logical data models (Star, Snowflake, normalization) to support analytics
Administration & Support: Manage Production/Non-Production environments, including configuration, backups, security, and troubleshooting
ETL Collaboration: Work with ETL developers to define and validate data mapping and conversion
Qualification
Required
