Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and applications
Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery planning and testing
Apply security patches, updates, and antivirus protections to maintain system integrity
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Provide technical support to end users in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Support and participate in infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and IT projects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technology supports operational and production needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
Experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role
Hands-on experience supporting Windows server environments and end users
Working knowledge of Active Directory, user access management, and system security
Experience with system backups, patching, and basic disaster recovery practices
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
Ability to prioritize and respond effectively in an operational, production-focused setting
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
