Responsibilities
Review and validate subcontractor estimates for accuracy and scope alignment
Perform on-screen takeoffs using Bluebeam
Prepare bid packages and submit competitive proposals for public and private sector projects
Coordinate RFIs and clarifications during preconstruction
Ensure full compliance with bid requirements and documentation standards
Manage multiple projects concurrently from kickoff through closeout
Lead kickoff meetings, schedule development, and subcontractor onboarding
Oversee site progress, daily operations, and issue resolution
Maintain project documentation and reporting in Procore
Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to drive project success
Maintain control of schedule, cost, and quality through completion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management
Strong understanding of public-sector bidding and compliance
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
Ability to manage multiple deadlines without chaos
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Preferred
Experience with healthcare, education, or municipal projects is a plus
