Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data transformation programs across multiple workstreams
Identify and drive AI-enabled automation, analytics, and productivity improvements
Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to design scalable technical solutions
Define program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and executive-ready insights
Provide clear program governance and executive-level updates

Qualification

Required

Strong program management experience in data, analytics, or AI initiatives
Hands-on experience with Python, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Solid understanding of AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, and analytics workflows
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience with GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Agile frameworks
Prior experience in large enterprise or technology-driven environments
