Required

Proficient in Finance and Budgeting, including forecasting and financial planning
Exceptional decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the creative or marketing agency industry is highly desirable
MBA is a plus
