Responsibilities
Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
Test and evaluate new software programs and features
Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
Provide development and optimization services for IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM applications
Create, define, or redefine software dimensions, rules, and processes to meet evolving organizational requirements
Streamline processes to align with data models and enhance application performance
Support and upgrade IBM Tririga application environments, including planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption
Manage transition and implementation of application upgrades
Develop, modify, and support report writing using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)
Modify existing Tririga components to improve agency processes, maintenance, and system efficiency
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience as a Facilities Manager
7+ years' experience as a Real Estate Manager
4+ years' experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products (at least 1 contract)
4+ years' experience with Tririga Projects Version 10
Local to Austin, TX, with local experience required
Preferred
Utilize experience as a Facilities Manager, Real Estate Manager, and Workplace Reservation Manager
3+ years' experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager (preferred)
