Responsibilities
Own roadmaps, budgets, and outcomes across C-suite, product, engineering, and data stakeholders
Deliver production AI and data solutions that transform how a global enterprise operates and makes decisions
Manage complex AI/data programs with multi-million budgets
Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery: roadmaps, governance, RAID logs, stakeholder comms
Experience coordinating multi-workstream programs (data platforms, ML products, integration, change)
Translate between business, data science, and engineering; discuss use cases and model deployment at exec level
Manage global teams across time zones with data engineers, ML engineers, and product owners
Background in enterprises/consultancies, ideally regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
C-level steering committees, exec reporting, benefits tracking, vendor coordination
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years managing complex AI/data programs with multi-million budgets
Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery: roadmaps, governance, RAID logs, stakeholder comms
Experience coordinating multi-workstream programs (data platforms, ML products, integration, change)
Led programs building data pipelines, ML products, and enterprise AI—not just software/infra
Translate between business, data science, and engineering; discuss use cases and model deployment at exec level

Background in enterprises/consultancies, ideally regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
C-level steering committees, exec reporting, benefits tracking, vendor coordination
Preferred
Cloud-native data/AI stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
LLM/GenAI, RAG, or advanced analytics programs at scale
Work with global AI transformation consultancies
