Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the supplier quality roadmap for electrical infrastructure equipment
Verify Amazon quality standards are met at suppliers through in-person and remote audits
Define and roll out incoming inspection/first article inspection plans
Monitor and report on supplier performance quality metrics and actions. Lead supplier quality issue resolution in partnership with engineering, construction and commissioning teams
Develop and support suppliers with quality improvement initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Provide a feedback mechanism from suppliers to internal teams on joint quality issues. Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions
Develop network spare strategies to support electrical power distribution products powering 100K EVs

Required

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
5+ years of manufacturing, process, industrial engineering experience
3+ years of quality assurance team management experience

Preferred

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Expert knowledge in manufacturing processes, ISO-9000, quality control plans and failure analysis or problem solving methodologies
