Responsibilities
Support client onboarding by managing documentation, maintaining accurate client data, and assisting with contracting processes
Coordinate and schedule client meetings to ensure smooth and timely communication
Prepare, submit, and track investment account applications through funding
Assist with tax season activities, including organizing tax data, tracking client consents, coordinating estimated payments, and supporting e-filing
Collaborate with internal teams on operational and investment-related requests, including Special Investments and Private Equity
Track and report on Quality Control metrics to help maintain service excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2–5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Preferred
Financial services experience is preferred, but not required
