Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche engineering roles, including role intake, talent sourcing, pipeline management, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner directly with engineering and technical leadership to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and guide interview processes
Use deep talent market insights to inform hiring strategy and prioritization for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other creative talent acquisition techniques
Drive inclusive, structured, and consistent interview processes that uphold a high standard for candidate experience
Advise hiring leaders on market conditions, interview calibration, and compensation strategy to ensure strong hiring outcomes
Manage multiple requisitions with changing priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Support employer branding efforts in niche or emerging technology fields

Required

5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in robotics, automation, autonomy, or highly specialized engineering domains

Strong assessment abilities and capacity to teach others on evaluating technical talent
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging both internal and external senior stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting work priorities and requirements
Proficiency sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and a variety of alternative channels
