Lead H-1B preparations, update job descriptions, and review documents to ensure alignment and compliance with SOC codes and requirements
Recommend compensation adjustments to improve competitiveness and partner closely with immigration counsel to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide employee lifecycle support from the recruiting process to onboarding/offboarding
Maintain candidate tracking and handle records management
Additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated success in compensation and benefits analysis
Experience supporting H-1B processes and working with SOC codes is required
Strong sense of confidentiality with ability to use discretion
Great interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
