Responsibilities

Minimum 7-10 years ex as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation lead w/ Core HR, Compensation & Benefits in a client facing role
Minimum 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations, with a minimum of 3 focused on Core HR, Workforce Comp & Benefits
Strong ability to architect across 3 or more modules w/ Oracle HCM Cloud - REQUIRED
Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, config, testing and cutover
Hands on exp with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM extracts and HDL
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Prior exp leading a project team in a delivery role, REQUIRED
Public Sector – K12 Educational or Federal/State Highly Preferred
