Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Lead and mentor a team of client relationship managers and support staff to improve client engagement and service delivery
Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes client satisfaction and teamwork
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement and retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional retirement services to existing clients
Stay informed about trends and developments in the retirement services industry to provide insights that enhance client offerings
Conduct regular assessments of client satisfaction and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts
Organize training sessions for staff on retirement products, client management techniques, and industry best practices
Promote professional development opportunities for team members
Ensure all client interactions and service delivery processes comply with industry regulations and standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with client engagement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of work experience in group retirement plan industry as a Client Relationship Manager
Knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans 403(b), 401(k) and 457
Knowledge of retirement plan design, investment monitoring, plan administration, compliance testing and enhanced understanding of retirement plan rules & regulations
Excellent business writing, presentation, and public speaking skills
Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day
Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employment
Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within first year of employment
Valid driver's license
