Responsibilities
Build, update, and optimize dashboards and reports (PowerBI, Excel) to support strategic initiatives
Organize, validate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Present data in clear, actionable formats to inform planning and decision-making
Develop new reporting tools, templates, and process documentation to streamline workflows
Support ongoing process and procedure optimization
Distribute standardized reporting to cross-functional partners on recurring and ad hoc schedules
Partner with teams to collect data, ensure accuracy, and meet reporting requirements
Identify meaningful trends and variances and escalate as appropriate
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related fields
Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
Ability to manage, analyze, and visualize large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and comfort with complex, high-volume data
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent analytical/technical experience)
