Responsibilities
Ensuring that test scheduling and test plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels
Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance
Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience or Associate degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience
Three (3) plus years of experience in leading teams in a manufacturing or electrical environment
Possess an enhanced knowledge of electrical equipment and the industry
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
Knowledge and experience with SAP is also considered a plus
You are passionate about safety, continuous improvement, training, and developing teams
This position is primarily assigned to first shift; however, flexibility is required to temporarily work second or third shift as needed to provide supervisory coverage
