Responsibilities
Technical Design/Development and Code Reviews
Responsible for architecture liaison, design and development of business applications using PRPC V8.x
Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by the team/organization/industry
Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.x tools and leads development activities in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment
Ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds and guide the development teams
Performance tuning
Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule without compromising the quality
Leads and coordinates with cross teams in the project and promotes the use of best practices and tools
Build reusable Components and frameworks
Enterprise Architecture Liaison
Establishing coding/Design best practices & guidelines
Qualification
Required
In-person interview required in Client NJ office
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience
12+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in a technical leadership role
10+ years in design and hands-on development experience in Pega PRPC
Pega CSSA / LSA certification is required
Should have hands on experience in developing PRPC / BPM applications
Good understanding and experience with integration tools and technologies such as BPM, Java, and Web services, ESB, JMS, XML, ETL in a J2EE environment
Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD/CT), Micro Services, AWS cloud based development with right agile mindset is required
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills needed
Preferred
Pega V8.x experience is preferred
Java/J2EE certification is a plus
Advanced Oracle/SQL knowledge is highly desirable
