Amazon Account Manager, Vendor Central
Betsy & Adam is seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor Account & Growth Manager to own and scale their Amazon business across both Betsy & Adam and Xscape Evenings. This role involves managing Amazon as a core wholesale partner, overseeing catalog and brand presentation, and driving performance across sales, advertising, and operations.

Responsibilities
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking across sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability
Analyze weekly selling reports and partner with internal Account Executives and leadership to identify insights, risks, and action plans
Generate and maintain recurring performance reports from Amazon Vendor Central
Maintain and update style hierarchies and product mappings to ensure accuracy in all selling recaps
Prepare materials for Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including data analysis, PowerPoint decks, and visual assets
Identify growth opportunities across assortment, content, pricing, promotions, and advertising
Act as the internal point person for Amazon performance, clearly communicating wins, challenges, and next steps
Own the creation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
Audit site merchandising regularly to ensure products are live with accurate attributes, copy, imagery, variation structure, and A+ Premium content
Lead the New Item Setup (NIS) process each season, from market handoff through live, in-stock status
Maintain the active assortment catalog, including managing out-of-stocks, discontinuations, and resolving catalog or system errors
Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate product launches, especially for seasonal and key growth styles
Continuously optimize PDPs for discoverability, conversion, and brand consistency
Ensure accuracy of Amazon purchase orders, including delivery dates, quantities, and style details
Assist in managing seasonal order flow, particularly for new launches and key programs
Review order bulks monthly and partner with internal teams to execute necessary adjustments
Monitor and resolve shortages, chargebacks, and operational issues impacting instock and revenue
Own Amazon Advertising (1P), including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting
Manage budgets, campaigns, and KPIs with a clear focus on efficiency and incremental growth
Replace agency support by acting as the primary expert for Amazon ads, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in eCommerce and/or Wholesale, with strong Amazon Vendor Central (1P) experience
Strong understanding of eCommerce marketplaces, ideally Amazon as a first-party vendor
Advanced working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and partner cross-functionally
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Self-starter mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive results
