Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Avva team to design and develop virtual paint and craft experiences
Create clear, step-by-step scripts and instructions for attendee kits
Host and facilitate interactive virtual events for corporate teams
Adapt your hosting style to suit different group sizes, skill levels, and audiences
Train and support additional hosts as experiences scale
Qualification
Required
Be a professional artist, craft facilitator, or highly skilled creative with teaching or workshop experience
Be confident on camera — experience as a host, performer, teacher, or presenter is a strong plus
Have experience leading workshops or classes (virtual preferred; in-person also great)
Have experience working with corporate or professional groups
Be comfortable guiding beginners through creative activities
Have access to a suitable workspace for delivering virtual events (reliable computer, camera, lighting, and materials)
