Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, focusing on assessing organizational performance against budgets and long-term strategy
Conduct financial data analysis and modelling using Excel and other tools to support senior management decision-making
Establish annual objectives, manage long-term budget planning and cost control, automate processes, and develop ongoing financial reports
Collaborate with the MMA regional finance team on forecasting, budgeting, and related initiatives
Prepare regular financial analytics, track producer recognition program calculations, and provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on financial analysis
Assist with financial statement preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and serve as the escalation point for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA
Insurance industry or professional services experience
