Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing customer experience through the coordination of processes and operations across the DC
Monitors the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement of product, including labor planning and balancing
Monitors the shipping from the DC, to ensure the products are distributed to the proper transportation channels in an accurate and timely manner
Conducts annual performance reviews and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), ensure effective collaboration across all functions
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
1-3 years Experience building and maintaining cross-functional working relationships
1-3 years Supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong conflict management skills
Ability to manage difficult employee situations in a professional manner
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-directed and motivated
Able to work both independently and as a team member
Ability to build strong, positive rapport with associates in a team environment; ability to lead through personal example that communicates integrity, core values, and consistency in decision-making
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
