Responsibilities

Build/configure Windows workstations for corporate associates
Perform advanced software/hardware installation, troubleshooting and diagnostics
Troubleshoot and respond to user questions
Track and update open incidents/Work Orders and/or escalate problems
Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all assigned projects and providing monthly status reports to management
Install hardware and software including operating system and office applications
Perform required quality assurance tests

Required

Dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual
Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline
4-6 years experience in either computer operations, hardware/software or deskside support
Highly developed experience in the installation of hardware and software
Advanced Windows 11 experience
OneDrive experience
Office 365 knowledge
Microsoft Intune/SCCM knowledge
Azure/Active Directory knowledge
Windows Hello for Business knowledge
SNOW Asset Management knowledge
Advanced working knowledge of networks and network terminology
Advanced repair skills for laptops/desktops and peripherals

Preferred

VMware/VDI knowledge
A+ certification
MCP certification
