Administrative Support / Office Administrator

Responsibilities
Open and prepare the office each morning
Provide administrative support to a small, growing team
Answer and route phone calls professionally; interact with customers as needed
Perform basic accounting tasks (invoicing, data entry, light bookkeeping support)
Handle routine IT and computer-related tasks (email, file management, basic troubleshooting)
Keep daily office operations organized, accurate, and on track
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent phone presence and customer communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable being entrusted with responsibility
Able to work independently once trained, while still being part of a team
