The successful candidate will coordinate all interior-related activities on site, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, schedule, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the interior outfitting and joinery scope for a NB vessel project
Supervise and coordinate all activities related to interior works, including accommodation areas, equipment spaces, and other vessel interiors
Ensure correct installation and execution of floating floors, panels, ceilings, insulation and all components required to fully outfit the vessel interior areas
Read, interpret, and apply technical specifications, drawings, and standards
Coordinate and liaise with various contractors to ensure all works comply with project requirements
Monitor, review, and optimize work schedules and sequencing to improve efficiency and progress
Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in scope, documentation, or execution and propose corrective actions
Ensure quality control, compliance with standards, and timely completion of works
Qualification
Required
Valid U.S. work visa (mandatory)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in interior coordination or site management, preferably in shipbuilding, yacht construction, or similar industries
Strong knowledge of interior outfitting systems and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
Working knowledge of MS Project
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple stakeholders on site
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
