Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage candidates for sales and go-to-market roles in across North America
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments
Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to attract talent across technical, sales, and leadership roles
Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across global time zones
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills
