Experienced Gov contract writing Position (RFP)
Signature Labor Services LLC is seeking a detail-driven professional to join their internal team as a Government Contract Writing Assistant. The role involves supporting the bid process by researching opportunities and preparing compliant proposals for federal staffing opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify and track open government bid opportunities, particularly on platforms like SAM.gov
Draft, format, and finalize proposal content, pricing, and supporting documentation
Ensure all proposals meet submission guidelines, compliance standards, and deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and resources
Maintain organized records of previous proposals, submissions, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in contract writing, proposal support, or legal documentation
Solid understanding of federal RFPs and government procurement systems
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience with staffing-related contracts is a plus
