Support internal investigations and regulatory defense matters
Assist with DOJ and SEC investigations and proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy
Work directly with partners and clients on high-stakes matters
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in securities litigation or related civil/regulatory matters
Prior experience working at an AM Law 50 firm
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Active Bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended office or eligibility to waive in within 3–6 months
