New Grad, Entry Level3S Engineering and Design is an engineering, design, and consulting firm that works with a broad range of clients in several industries. They are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to perform electrical engineering duties for projects, including electrical power studies and equipment specifications, while collaborating with other engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities
Maintain the integrity of 3S Services HSE policies
Completing project task in accordance with 3S Policies and Procedures
Be Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Perform electrical system studies such as load flow, coordination, fault analysis and arc flash
Read and understand electrical codes and standards such as NFPA and IEEE
Work with vendors to review the installation requirements for the different pieces of electrical equipment
Do electrical system walk-downs and create as-built drawings from field sketches. Create electrical equipment specifications such as: transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers
Create electrical BOM’s using available software and vendor information
Learn how to use modeling software to create electrical system models for power studies such as ETAP/SKM
Enhances 3S Engineering and Design reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new/different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the job accomplishments
Work with design team to create electrical construction packages
This position will require occasional field work
Qualification
Required
Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree from accredited school
Must work well in a Team environment
