Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project partners
Team Leadership: Lead the project team by providing consistent support, fostering an empowered work environment, and delivering constructive feedback
Culture & Strategy: Establish the project’s overarching goals and maintain a positive, high-standard work culture
Executive Reporting: Monitor overall project health and provide clear, accurate status updates to senior-level stakeholders
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Maintain total accountability for the project, serving as the "owner" from the initial planning stages through final closeout
Financial Governance: Oversee high-level budget authorizations and act as the final decision-maker for any changes to costs or timelines that exceed agreed-upon limits
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Ensure all project risks are proactively identified, tracked, and resolved to minimize impact on delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
10+ years progressive experience in commercial electrical construction
Significant leadership experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, and field execution
Senior leadership experience in electrical contracting or self-perform construction
Proven track record managing large, complex, or mission-critical projects
Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
Experience in pre-construction/estimating
