Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, test, and support existing internal CLIENT applications for ESO such as the Programmatic Biological Assessment (BPA), Commitment Tracking System (CTS), and Fish Passage Site Management Application (FPSMA)
Application development
Database design
Data schema mapping
Testing
Deployment
Troubleshooting
Problem resolution in an iterative and interactive style of development

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience developing applications
4+ years of experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC architecture pattern, and Entity Framework
4+ years of experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, Reporting Services
Experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE
Experience using/knowledge of Azure DevOps including source control, code review, build and release pipelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
Experience with Microsoft Access and VBA
Experience / understanding of ETL such as SSIS
Experience developing with jQuery, Knockout, Bootstrap or Vue.js
Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS
Ability to successfully work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of organizing and managing complex data projects from planning through execution
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
