Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle mechanical product development
Create and modify 3D models and engineering designs
Perform stress, fatigue, and durability analysis
Build and test prototypes in lab environments
Conduct qualification and validation testing
Select materials and manufacturing processes
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Interpret engineering drawings and technical standards
Mentor junior engineering staff
Support quality and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years hands-on mechanical product development experience
Prototyping and qualification testing background
Strong 3D CAD modeling skills
Experience with engineering calculations and validation
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Product risk assessment experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Stable work history
Preferred
Experience in automotive, electrical equipment, medical devices, or engineered manufacturing products
