Responsibilities

You’ll actively recruit and onboard new brand partners across categories—Dining, Travel, Fitness, Retail, Entertainment, and more
You will protect and grow our existing partner base with the same energy you bring to acquisition
You own the negotiation process—structuring deals that align with both our client briefs and our internal commercial strategy
You’ll work seamlessly with Client Success, Creative, Product, and Data to bring partner content to life in pitches, campaigns, and program builds
You’ll ensure partner details are accurately maintained across our systems and workflows
You’ll evaluate new product opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
You’ll help ensure partner delivery is flawless

Required

Experience in partnership growth and acquisition across various categories such as Dining, Travel, Fitness, Retail, Entertainment
Strong relationship management skills to nurture and grow existing partner base
Proven ability in commercial negotiation and deal-making
Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Client Success, Creative, Product, and Data teams
Operational rigor to maintain partner details accurately across systems and workflows
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to present to clients and negotiate with partners effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and maintain diplomacy in challenging situations

Preferred

Experience in a similar role within a marketing or partnership-focused organization
Familiarity with the rewards and loyalty industry
Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and build relationships quickly
