Qualification
Required
Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Proficiency in Legal Research to support case preparation
Skilled in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred
Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
Prior experience in litigation is an advantage
