Fielding incoming and outgoing calls
Answering inbound calls to schedule new customers
Making outgoing calls, assisting in dispatch
Providing assistance to Plumbers/Helpers etc
Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies
Assisting with Data Entry, Billing & Filing
Qualification
Required
Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
Good keyboarding skills
Has worked in a fast paced environment and has excellent attention to detail
Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
