National Accounts Business Development Executive
LDR Site Services is a nationwide managed site services company. The focus of this role is hybrid in nature and with two primary objectives: to be a key sales growth agent for new national account customers and to develop and maintain strong relationships with current national account customers.

Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new national account sales opportunities while establishing initial relationships with key decision makers
Identify, develop, and close national account sales opportunities within current customers through the establishment of relationships with key decision makers
Develop and execute national account plans that outline resources, budget, and strategies to achieve sales targets
Function as the main point of contact for a group of national accounts, resolving any issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maximum value from our services
Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to assess customer needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Remain current on targeted market industry developments and understand customers' strategy, organization, and decision-making process and growth plans
Create customized solutions and offerings tailored to meet the unique requirements of national accounts
Educate customers or potential customers on our offerings, rapid response times for new opportunities, and active troubleshooting to increase sales and convert leads into opportunities
Utilize the appropriate metrics and outcome data to manage and report on account performance for long-term success
Plan and deliver sales and product related presentations to internal and external audiences
Negotiate business contracts on behalf of LDR
Prepare and submit sales related reports, RFPs, and customer documentation
Deliver on business goals and financial results
Work cross functionally with LDR team members and leaders to confirm alignment with customer service level agreements, optimize processes, and ensure results are being attained that meet customer and LDR requirements
Represent LDR at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build brand presence
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in new business acquisition with a focus on large or national accounts
2+ years' experience in account management with a focus on national accounts
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales retention targets
Strong senior-level negotiation skills
Strong sales skills including networking, relationship building, presentations, and influencing
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts
Ability to communicate well in person, by video, over the telephone, in writing, and social media with high attention to detail
Strategic planning and project management skills including working independently/remotely, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
Able to analyze performance metrics and make sound business decisions from the analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills that thrive in a team based, collaborative, cross-functional environment
Set high standards for own performance and remain focused on attaining results despite setbacks
Experience in a customer-driven remote environment
Adaptable and able to respond to changing landscape and still deliver results
Resilience, tenacity, diplomacy
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
High School Diploma
Preferred
Experience in Waste, Facilities, or Managed Services industries
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
