Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Project Charters and Project Management Plans
Direct and manage project execution across multiple teams
Monitor and control project work, timelines, and deliverables
Manage integrated change control and ensure alignment with business objectives
Successfully close projects and project phases with documented outcomes
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Define and control project scope to prevent scope creep
Build and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using MS Project
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues
Proactively manage dependencies and escalation paths
Define activities, dependencies, and milestones
Estimate resource needs and activity durations
Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules
Estimate, manage, and control project budgets
Track costs and ensure financial accountability
Develop resource and staffing plans
Coordinate and onboard project team members
Motivate, guide, and manage cross-functional project teams
Foster collaboration and accountability across technical and non-technical groups
Identify project sponsors and key stakeholders
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans
Lead project status meetings and executive readouts
Provide clear, concise reporting on project progress, risks, and performance
Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency and professionalism
Support procurement planning and vendor selection
Coordinate and administer vendor engagements
Ensure contract compliance and manage deliverables
Close procurement activities effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing infrastructure or IT projects end-to-end
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK-based practices preferred)
Expertise in planning, execution, and implementation
Demonstrated strength in communication, risk management, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with MS Project or similar project management tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment
Preferred
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors
Experience with enterprise infrastructure, data centers, networks, or cloud environments
