Responsibilities
Lead system and hardware design on data center networking hardware solutions
Lead systems bring up and execution of engineering validation in the lab
Gather requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design and product validation
Work with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to produce designs and field support
Drive products from concept to production, and support products in the field
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience working in a hardware systems design and development technical environment
5 years of experience in technical leadership
Experience with enterprise networking system development and production
Preferred
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
