Responsibilities
Content creation: Capture and edit high-quality video content including matchday footage, player interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and campaign assets
Platform-specific storytelling: Create tailored content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X, with a clear understanding of what works on each platform
Matchday coverage: Be on-site to document the intensity of live games, delivering fast-turnaround highlights, dynamic reels, and standout moments
Creative development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to concept and execute bold, innovative ideas beyond matchday content
Innovation & experimentation: Continuously test new formats, techniques, and trends to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
Editing & narrative: Ensure all videos are visually striking, well-paced, and story-driven
Trends & performance awareness: Stay on top of digital trends and use performance insights to improve future content
Equipment management: Maintain and organise camera, audio, and lighting equipment to ensure consistent production quality
Qualification
Required
Platform-first video expertise: Deep understanding of how to create high-performing content for social-first platforms
Story-first mindset: Proven ability to craft emotionally engaging narratives through video
Technical confidence: Strong experience with professional camera equipment and editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Creative edge: Bold, imaginative approach that helps content stand out in crowded feeds
Quick thinker & adaptable: Comfortable working fast, reacting to live moments, and delivering under pressure
Ability to connect the dots: Understands how footage feeds into edits, campaigns, and wider storytelling

Passion for football & culture: A genuine love for football and understanding of its audience and energy
3–6 years of experience as a videographer or content creator
