Responsibilities
Design, develop, and refine systematic trading strategies to optimize market reactions, order placement, and execution
Apply advanced modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
Collaborate closely with developers, traders, and researchers to implement and scale your strategies
Continuously improve trading performance through rigorous analysis and innovation
Partner across departments to enhance infrastructure and execution models
Qualification
Required
3+ years of index options experience with a focus on systematic trading
BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative or technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar)
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a proven track record of applying them to real trading problems
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
Track record of successful strategy development and implementation
Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and partnering closely with development teams
Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to make an impact
Passion for solving complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
