Responsibilities
Strategic Translation: Orchestrate in-depth workshops to translate operational shop-floor needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes
Technical Architecture: Lead pioneering projects that integrate emerging technologies with existing SAP solutions, ensuring they align with global industrial strategies
Executive Communication: Distill highly technical SAP developments into clear visualizations and documentation to drive buy-in from top-level stakeholders
Agile Leadership: Collaborate within SAFe Multi-Functional Teams to deliver seamless industrial solutions, providing strong orientation and leadership to the wider community
Operational Excellence: Drive the reimagining of E2E flows to enhance production ramp-up and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics
At least 15 years of experience in complex industries like Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense
10+ years of technical expertise in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of modules like MM, PP, SD, and EWM for SAP
Proven ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies while managing complex Change Management initiatives
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence both developers and business managers
Fluency in English (German is a real plus) and a willingness to travel approximately 20% to stay connected with our global sites
