Responsibilities
Support and manage all phases of complex litigation in federal and state courts
Assist with and conduct depositions, discovery, and motion practice
Draft pleadings, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents
Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Work directly with senior litigators and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility early on
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of complex litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail
Bright, hardworking, responsive, and professional demeanor
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar
Preferred
Experience with depositions, discovery, motions, and trial work preferred
